Settings in music of the poetry of Paul Mühsam

The Dutch composer Hans Leenders will set three to five poems by the Görlitz poet of Jewish origin Paul Mühsam (1876-1960) to music. The first of the songs will be premiered as part of the Messiaen Days (with Lauren Fehlmann and Olga Dribas) and the entire cycle may be performed during the Jewish Rememberence Days later in the year.

A new piece of chamber music dedicated to the 250 years since the birth of Kaspar David Friedrich and the 200 years since the death of Lord Byron. Music by Chopin, Liszt, Schubert and other Romantic composers.
